14 Days Return Policy
If you wish to return a product purchased from Pacific Vision Australia that does not meet your needs, you can request a return by calling us at 1800 756 849. For all Pacific Vision products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

How to Return
To return your item(s) to Pacific Vision, you must call the Geelong Office and speak to one of our representatives, to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and return shipping instructions.
Make sure to write down the RMA number that you have been given, on the box you are sending to us. Then return the item(s) to the address provide. Products must be returned using the original packaging.
Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for your product, excluding shipping fee. Note that the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. *
The Geelong office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
